Aparaa Natural Food Products based in Chennai has its foundational roots in Rajahmundry, the cultural capital of Andhra Pradesh. Home to the in-famous mango pickle, this city is deeply established in its traditions, where the locals make every effort to celebrate their cuisine in every meal.
Our pickles & podis are made with locally sourced regional ingredients and ancestral recipes that are intricately blended to give you the rich taste of traditional Andhra flavours. We are passionate about our products that are handmade with a lot of love and care. By bringing the authenticity of home-cooked products from the families of Andhra’s community, we painstakingly produce our products using the best creative minds in the business who are experts in their craft.
Aparaa’s pickles & podis are handcrafted with perfection and satisfies the cravings of food enthusiasts world-wide. Our range of products include 30 varieties of pickles and podis that are widely renowned for their delectable spiciness, complex composition of textures, tantalizing colours, and mouth-watering taste.
Being a home–grown brand, we also offer employment opportunities in rural sectors for women who are zealously involved in making pickles and podis in their own households.

Our Founders
Taking forward the rich tradition of Andhra’s pickles and podis, the founders of Aparaa, Mr Giridhar Mylavarapu & Mrs Krishnakumari Mylavarapu hail from Rajahmundry. Together, they have intensely and devotedly studied their family traditions before Introducing the brand. Mr Giridhar has 3 decades of professional experience in marketing consumer products for reputed brands and thus has innate understanding of the nuances of consumer needs. Mrs Krishnakumari who initially hailed from Tirumala has three decades of experience in traditional food preparation and has excellent creative skills to understand the gastronomic needs of consumers then and now.
